- Our congress meets the criteria for academic promotion and associate professorship (2025).
- The University Executive Board Decision officially assigning the organizing committee members, which is required for associate professorship applications, will be shared with participants after the congress.
- The cover letter showing the number of papers presented and their distribution by countries, which is required for academic incentives, will also be shared with participants after the congress.
- Only oral presentations are accepted for submission to the congress.
- All participants who wish to attend the congress either as presenters or as audience members are required to complete the registration form available under the registration tab.
- Participants who wish to register with an oral presentation must upload their abstracts via the Abstract Submission System, which can be accessed by clicking the Submit Abstract button under the “Submissions” tab. After the abstract is accepted, a confirmation letter will be sent to the participant via email. Accepted presenters must then complete the payment and send the payment receipt to the congress email address.
- The registration fee for submissions applies only to the participant presenting the paper.
- If co-authors will not attend the congress, they are not required to pay any registration fee. However, if co-authors will attend, they must fill out the registration form as audience members and pay the audience participation fee.
- Only one certificate of participation will be issued for each accepted paper. Separate certificates will not be provided for co-authors.
- Participants will pay the registration fee via bank transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer/FAST). Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Participants who do not send their payment receipt to the congress email address will not be registered for the congress.
- There will be no phone communication with participants for any reason. Likewise, no financial request will be made via phone under any circumstances.
- All participants who pay the congress registration fee will receive a certificate of participation, which will be delivered via e-Government (e-Devlet). In order to receive this certificate, participants must enter their Turkish ID number in the registration form. It will not be possible to issue a certificate for those who do not provide a valid ID number.
- When making the payment, please make sure to include “UKSAY – Name Surname” in the description section of the bank transfer.
